In mid-Sept. purchased two love seats and an ottoman and was told they would be delivered on Oct. 2nd. No call, no show. We called them, and they said they won't be in until the first week in Nov. So, we decided to cancel the order. They said, no wait, would it be okay to deliver ONE of the love seats on 10/18? "The warehouse has it and just needs to bring it to our store to get it to you for delivery."
Today (10/19), still no call, no show. I called in and they said, all three won't be in until the first week of Nov.
Don't ever buy furniture here if you ever plan on actually getting furniture at some point.
