Horrible Oxford Valley Store
Horrible to deal with!!! Ordered a bed in August and 8 weeks later they say the same thing, it'll come next week....that's been going on since last week.
There is nothing you can do about it. They take your money during a 'high pressure' sale then after the sale they don't care about their customers!!! 2 months later - no bed. So frustrating when you call, it doesn't matter Manager at Oxford Valley was no better.
She was supposed to call when she got into the store (at noon) but never did...how do you expect to run a business.
I sent a letter to the CEO but I'm sure nothing will be done...still have no bed
Nobody should ever purchase anything from here...its not worth it! There are so many reliable stores out there, it's got to be better than them.

purchased guardian insurance,with your advice,called about stain that hey never seen,they refused,have called the company at least 4 times girl wont even all me back.will take this further,very upset with mealeys.will never recommend store.my furniture was not cheap. this was not what i thought it would be,very unsatified,and they dont seen to care.
being in business i would never run business this way.want to know what i paid for.why would you tell me not covered if didnt see it.was told covered everything,rip,stains,discolor,i want my money back,or reason there of.very unsatified with mealeys .will make sure everyone i know about how they treat you. will call everyday,this is my money that was spent

Beware!!! Delivery driver stole my Mothers jewerly!!!
Mealeys Furniture is a mess!!! We ordered an adjustable bed frame and mattress Memorial Day Weekend and it wasn't delivered until the end of June.
The delivery driver took 3 rings from my Mothers dresser. The store manager was of no help (Fairless Hill's store). We filed a police report but Mealeys has been very uncooperative. Apparently, since the delivery driver was a third party participant Mealeys says that they have nothing to do with the problem!
But, they are the ones that we made the purchase from and should at least lend support in our quest to have the delivery driver held responsible. Every time that we try to reach someone we run into a wall. For all we know the driver is still out there stealing from the public.
If all of this isn't bad enough the bed does not work! The delivery driver thief didn't put the bed together the proper way (didn't put a big screw in) and the motor has now stopped working.
Mealeys of course doesn't want to help!! Don't buy anything from this company they do not stand behind their products and hire delivery people who steal from the customers!!!
BAIT AND SWITCH
Purchased a desk with a hutch for my wife. The desk that they delivered was from the right manufacturer, but the desk I ordered in the store had drawers on each side. The desk they delivered had NO drawers.
They assured me they would make it right and replace with the proper desk. Nothing but excuses and NO replacement desk as of yet. It was delivered on July 12th.
Delivery of the incorrect desk was a classic case of bait and switch. At first they wanted me to pay an additional $250 for the other desk. After I visited Sam in the store I was told there would be no additional charge.
Also purchased a Whiskey Barrel dining room table with 4 barstools. Barstools were not assembled properly by Mealey's delivery team. Again nothing but promises to have someone come and repair the chairs.
WOULD NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN. BUYER BEWARE.

Worst first experience ever! Do not buy from Mealey’s!
WARMINSTER, PENNSYLVANIA -- My boyfriend and I had purchased our furniture from Mealey's around May 13th 2018. We ordered a sofa, love seat and recliner along with a mattress and baseboard. We were told that the order could take up to 3-8 weeks for delivery but to expect it to be here sooner rather than later due to the fact that they have their warehouse stocked frequently. About 3 weeks later my boyfriend decided to call and check the status on our order and the person he had spoken to stated that the sofa, love seat, recliner and mattress were all at the warehouse and that they were just waiting on the baseboard to arrive.
My boyfriend asked if it was possible for them to deliver the living room furniture now and then when the baseboard comes in for them to deliver that along with the mattress. He was told that that was not a problem and he scheduled delivery for the living room pieces. Delivery day my boyfriend and I had both taken off from work to be there for it to arrive, once they arrived we made them aware that the furniture had to be taken into the living room through the garage as we were in the process of redoing our steps.
While watching the movers unload our love seat off of the truck they were not handling it with care whatsoever. When the love seat was brought into our garage the wood underneath was visibly cracked in half so we had to refuse it and put in a claim for a new one. We were told that once the claim was put in that we would get a phone call within a half hour to an hour. To no surprise we never received a phone call.
My boyfriend called them the next day only for them to tell us that they do not have the piece available at the warehouse so we will have to wait until it becomes available. I called the same day and asked for a refund towards the delivery fee as they had damaged the furniture and now we have to wait even longer. It is now 07/02/18 and we have probably made about 10 phone calls if not more for updates on the furniture and it is nothing but a run around about the expectancy of the furniture to get to their warehouse.
We were told once that the mattress was at the warehouse. They were waiting for the baseboard and love seat and that they were most likely on the same truck and it's expected by 6/25-6/26. Then we were told that the mattress also wasn't at the warehouse and then it was again. They really don't seem to care about your frustration when talking to them. They just keep saying that they will keep updating their computers and will let us know if anything changes.
Called again today 7/2 only for them to say that it still was not delivered to the warehouse and it will be a couple more days! For the money we have spent to get our furniture from them I was not expecting this much frustration. I will definitely not be ordering anything from them ever again and will tell as many people I know to not waste their time!
Please be sure to read into reviews before considering purchasing from this company as there are WAY MORE bad reviews than there are good. Buyers aware - if you want your furniture delivered fast with no damage or hassle DO NOT PURCHASE FROM MEALEY'S FURNITURE, especially the one located in Warminster, PA!!!

Mislead through the Whole Process
We received the refund check for the remaining amount owed on Friday August 24th. The check bounced.
Upon cancelation of our order, we were told that we would get the portion of the purchase put on the credit card back right away, but the portion that was paid in cash would be sent via check to our home address in 20 days. 20 days has came and gone. Friday, August...

We ordered the grey color from the three shown to us, the on in stock was white. While handing over my credit card, we were told it will actually be up to 12 weeks, but it shouldnt be more than 6 weeks. I was upset, but it was too late and Bob, our salesman, reassured me 6 weeks is more practical. After 6 weeks, we started calling.
First, I was told it was expected in mid-May. I would call when they said it would be in stock, and they would tell me 2 weeks later. Mid-May, end of May, mid-June, end of June, now they are telling me it will be to the warehouse my next Friday, which will be 12 weeks. I do NOT believe any of the dates that they have told me.
I am livid and will be doing everything in my power to prevent others from wasting their time and money. If I do not receive a call next week saying that it is in, I will be going to take my money back and take my business to someone who cares about it.

Sucks
I purchased a custom couch from Mealeys in Langhorne PA ..it was delivered in August 2017 along with the insurance. Near the end of Jan 2018 my one cushion seat started to come apart at the seam the insurance stated they dont cover it because its manufacture defect.
Then I called Mealeys customer service who deals with the manufacture and I have not yet recieved a new cushion seat and we are in Mid March . No couch that is 4 months old should fall apart and their customer service gives me the round around . So far a manager is suppose to call me back and Iam still waiting for the phone call. They suck ...stay away...everybody.
Dont buy from here!!!
They overprice and provide cheap furniture and sell insurance that REALLY doest cover. I am reporing them and also contacting action 6 news teoublshooters.
