About this offer he told her that he took it off the bed price already but he couldn’t take it off the bed price because it wouldn’t equal up to the five hundred until I purchased the mattress also so I went over to explain to him that he didn’t take it off m when I asked him about him taken it off he said that he couldn’t n the. When I told him that the flyers in the store said85.00 off of 500.00 is remarkable was them don’t buy it cause ypir not getting the it off so I would

Absolutely the worst company.
Order furniture 5/19/2018, wasn't delivered until August 27. It wasn't until the next day after seating in them we notice how defective they both were.
I called the very next morning and reported it. Mealey's wouldn't send anyone out to look at them. They said it would be a cost to them. We hired 2 independent upholsters to come and look at the chairs. They both wrote reports and I submitted them to customer service.
In late Oct. I contacted my credit card co. and submitted a dispute and they charged back my amount of the chairs. Well then I heard from them within 2 weeks. Mealey's finance dept. wrote a letter to CC co. saying I signed the original receipt says, No refund- No exchanges.
However, after many calls with both the CC co and Mealey's customer service they admitted furniture was defective and Dec. 5 new chairs were ordered. On that date I was told the new chairs would be delivered late Dec or early Jan. After several calls to them in late January, February, March I still don't have the chairs. I can't tell you how upset I have been over this. Customers should not be treated this way!!!!

Ordered 2500$ worth of furniture from Mealeys. It arrived but one barstool was chipped and damaged.
Driver noted damage on bill and said mealeys would replace it soon. one week goes by with nothing. call customer service and they tell me a claim has been submitted to saw ent in south carolina who will come out and repair. I did not damage it!
Saw calls and gives me an appt for two weeks later then calls the day before to tell me the repairman is sick and they will call me to reschedule within 48 hrs. 4 days later no call.
If you try to call customer service or saw be prepared to sit on the phone all day. I hope it was worth it to lose a customer and treat them like ***

Worst customer service ever!
Mealy's Don't pay cash , use credit card .
Ordered in April. In August notified them of furniture defects.
Was very hard to contact and when we did we always received conflicting updates. A service rep came a month after initial complaint. He reported that it was a mfg. mistake and required replacement .
When nothing happened as he explained we called and they said case dropped. Raised h--- with them and they reviewed complaint. Said would reorder. Received a call that we would receive on October 10th.
It didn't so called back and they said employee didn't under stand and would be here in Nov. Had Credit card company involved . They gave me a full credit to my account.Mealey's replied would be delivered by end of Nov. and credit was removed from my account.Two days later Mealey's called and said delivery would be end of December.
I told them it was to be end of Nov. They said there record shows end of Dec. Again raised ??? to no avail.
I advised Credit card Co. of events and told them if not received by end of Nov. I will dispute again.
They very cooperative and said when notified they will see that I'm covered. Again don't pay Mealey's cash better yet don't shop there.

Messed up order. Bought furniture from a mealeys liquidator that apparently travels on east coast- she lied to us- said we would get free adjustable base for mattress but then couldn’t get price we discussed with her so crossed it off order form, and never had us sign anything.
When we called to check on delivery date we find out sofa is on backorder- why wouldn’t we find that out when order was placed or wouldn’t someone notify us. If I didn’t call we wouldn’t know. Couldn’t get compensated in any way except for that free base- which we thought we were already getting only bc my husband had text messages to prove the sales girl Angela said it was included. Had to call many times and told they’d call us back and never did.
Then dan the manager mysteriously doesn’t work there anymore. Super shady for a business to work this way
