Furniture issues

I have warranties on all my furniture and I need stuff fixed because it's chipping and the paint is coming up from my tables and there not even 3 years old I want it replaced and this is why I paid for warranties to cover stuff like this from happening so please help

Bait and switch went in to buy one accent piece and they said ok marked it down because it was the floor model went to pay for it and then they said i had to buy a set of 3 then it was it was the wrong tag it was to some chair not that table but yet they marked it down when they took it to the manager so how does the manager mark down a price and the not deliver the item

Appointment was scheduled for 10/15 between 2-6.. was called told would be there 525pm. After i called the store twice the delivery company changed time to 810pm.. at 845pm driver stated on the way.. called again at 845pm advising on the way. Finally I requested for daytime delivery 10/16 as 9-10pm is too late for my household. I want the delivery today between 2-6 pm I need a call back assp

Horrible Customer Service and Unrealistic Expectations

I placed an order for a sofa chase at the location in Maple Shade New Jersey. My sales rep did not mention that it was not in stock until I got up to the register. I was informed that I would receive a phone call within a day or two to let me know when the product would be in stock expecting about 4-6 weeks. I never received a call. I called several times before I was able to reach an in store representative. She stated she had no other help and that is why no one ever called me. She then told me the furniture would be in stock by the first week of October. I called today- October 1. I could not reach the store but I was able to reach a customer service rep from the warehouse. She then told me that it would not be in stock until the end of October but could not give me a date or idea when I should be expecting a couch. I am infuriated as I am now without my living room furniture for weeks. I was misinformed and very unhappy with the lack of customer service and will now have to sit on my living room floor for the next month.

Never received my tables

I been going to Mealeys in Maple Shade.I purchased 3 living tables on September 20th they told my my tables will be in the store on the 21 of September for me to pick them up because I didn’t want them to deliver them I been going to that location to pick them up they kept giving me different days every time I went there I am so unhappy with the staff that keep playing games with the date to pick them up I been having this problem since the 21 of September keep misleading me with the date the tables supposed to be there I went there today and went the the same thing I asked for the manager they said he won’t be there until tomorrow to give me my refund because I don’t even want them now because I don’t want know more dealing with that store and the workers In the store have a nasty attitude like it’s there money keep having me come back and fourth and I still don’t have the tables you need *** new staff there because they don’t know how too treat customers I just want my money back I don’t want the tables anymore because o been waiting since September

Extremely pissed off

This is the worst customer service ever.Bought and paid for my new furniture on October 10 2019 and noone called for delivery date so I did call them the Oxford Valley location to find out when my delivery was coming .I just left the OV location for the second time and now I am being told delivery would be sometime in December.This is horrible customer service.

Liar, Liar, Pants on Fire

I will NEVER shop at Mealey's Furniture again. I was a loyal customer and every room in my house contains a Mealey's purchase.

I had purchased a furniture protection plan ONLY because their salesperson (Vincent Davis) told me it was a win-win situation since if I did not use the plan, I would receive a store credit for the full amount to purchase any item from a Mealey's store. I spoke with a customer service rep today (since Mr. Davis is not longer employed at the Berwyn store) and was informed that the plan that was sold to me did not offer the "win-win" option.

I feel if was lied to by a Mealey's employee/representative and they are unwilling to stand behind the information I received.

I have stated that I will not be purchasing anything at Mealey's again, but in researching the company, it appears that they will out-of-business in the next few years. BEWARE OF PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THEM!

On March 23, 2019 we ordered furniture and were told it would take 4-6 weeks (our invoice states back orders take 3-8 weeks). We are now at 20 weeks. Each time we call asking for an update we are provided with the same answer which is they really don't know when it will be delivered because they are waiting on the manufacture. This is unacceptable and is contrary to what is stated on the invoice.

Ordered a couch/ottoman set at their Warminster, Pennsylvania store. First fishy thing was the fact they had to have me go 45-50 min.

Out of my way to go pick up the ottoman and it couldn’t be shipped with the couch. Fine, whatever. I go get the ottoman in Northeast Philadelphia, bring it back to my apartment, and then the couch comes on a delivery truck about an hour later. First they couldn’t fit through the door.

Then after they got it up into the unit, I noticed the ottoman is a different color darker than the couch. Something I didn’t notice until AFTER the couch came. Photo’s from the show room and my apartment are attached.

THEN they taxed me Philly’s 8% on the ENTIRE ORDER all because I had to go to Philly to pick up the *wrong color* ottoman. Not a fan.

Had 2 leather sofas delivered last March 2018 and they look like garbage now. Manufacturers guarantee has expired and the additional insurance I was encouraged to buy from Mealeys, does not cover the issue of the seats.

Run don't walk from Mealey's. They will sell you a warranty that they say will cover everything... it does not.. you get the run around when you try to use it.. oh we do not use that company anymore.. they will lie to your face saying they will make things right but never do .... I have all of the emails as documentation to prove my point..

I purchased a mattress set from Mealy's about 3 years ago. The springs went bad in the box spring. Mealy's DOES NOT stand behind their warranty. After numerous complaints and e-mails with the store in Warrington, PA not one every came out to look at the box spring for replacement as promised. I would NOT recommend purchasing from this company....ever!!!!! Sad Sad Sad Sad
